    These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nibl mobile application ("App"), operated by Why Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Nibl, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

    1. Description of Service

    Nibl is a digital marketplace that allows users to discover local restaurants, coffee shops, and similar food establishments. The App enables users to browse restaurant deals, menus, announcements, and store hours based on location.

    Nibl does not process payments, reservations, or food orders and does not operate or manage any restaurants.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 13 years old to use Nibl. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

    3. User Accounts & Information

    To use Nibl, users must provide:

    • Name
    • Email address
    • Location data

    This information is required to:

    • Display nearby restaurants and deals
    • Create and maintain a user account
    • Allow users to save restaurants or preferences for future use

    You agree that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
    • Submit false or misleading information
    • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the App's security or functionality
    • Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer any portion of the App

    We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.

    5. Restaurant Content Disclaimer

    Restaurants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their menus, pricing, deals, announcements, and store hours.

    Why Enterprises LLC does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or validity of any restaurant content displayed in Nibl.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property rights related to Nibl, including trademarks, logos, designs, text, and software, are owned by or licensed to Why Enterprises LLC.

    Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

    7. Third-Party Content

    Nibl may display content from third-party businesses. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content.

    8. Privacy & Data Protection

    Your use of Nibl is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use personal data.

    GDPR Notice (EEA Users)

    If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability.

    We may suspend or terminate access to Nibl at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

    12. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

    13. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Why Enterprises LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Why Enterprises LLC is registered.

    If you are located in the EEA, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under GDPR or applicable consumer protection laws.

    15. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Nibl constitutes acceptance of changes.
